Association ILCO SERBIA was celebrated 20 years of work.
Our friends from Slovenia, Croatia, North Macedonia and Bosnia and Herzegovina have been in Serbia on November 18, 19, 20, 2022.
It’s always a pleasure to see friendly people. We have exchanged experiences, we compared access to aids as well as our experiences in reaching new members and ways of supporting them.
The meeting was in our office.
It is concluded that the biggest problem is in informing or not enough information during discharge a patient from the hospital.
We need to participate in conferences, congresses, seminars of health care workers. Hold workshops in the final grades of secondary medical schools. Also the media has a big role.
It was an interesting stay near Belgrade. We had the opportunity to ride horses on the ranch and later we tried culinary specialties. We were guests in Kovacica and visited the gallery of naive painters. Then we visited the home of the artist Jan Nemecek who makes violins. He introduced us to the procedure from the raw board to the finished violin. It lasts about 12 months. He played us a waltz.
We visited the Nikola Tesla Museum. Just for us, a mini concert was organized and later we got acquainted with PERMACULTURE. We also got to the theatre.
There was a friendly atmosphere all the time, remembering earlier events with the desire to see each other as soon as possible.
